Ninni Ladjevardi and I have been colleagues for well over 15 years. In that time, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with her both in collaborative projects with B Five Studio and individually with my own firm. In the five years we spent working together at B Five, I witnessed firsthand her amazing organizational abilities as she handled multiple projects with ease. She could coordinate copious amounts of orders and production details while scheduling move-ins and installations of enormous proportions—with never a glitch. In my own personal work with clients, she has done all the same and more. She is beyond capable with organization and details, and—even more importantly—she understands what the final outcome should look like and what it takes to get there. Ninni handles it all with grace, excellent management skills, and utmost courtesy.
