Ninni Ladjevardi arrived at our interior design studio in 1995 as the design assistant to a principal in the company. She remained with us for seventeen years, and the duration of her tenure speaks for itself. Ninni is trustworthy, resourceful, thorough, and highly organized. She displays total commitment to every endeavor, and her manner is exceptionally professional.

Her duties with us included the procurement of goods and services for large interior design projects, as well as the management of the final installation of furnishings for newly-designed homes and estates in the US and abroad. This typically entailed directing large numbers of people: movers for both transport and white glove set up, cleaning crews for post-construction and move in, and making all arrangements for the final details of a running household. She also often participated in training new staff members for the ongoing maintenance of the household. With tight deadlines for the completion of projects, this can be a high-stress position, but Ninni is accustomed to working under pressure and she addresses every problem in turn until it is resolved.

Ninni also loves entertaining. Her excellent taste and design details are always in evidence as she makes accommodations for special parties and guests.
